1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and Voyager, a brand of PT Kelchen Global Ventures ("Company", "we" or "us"). By accessing our website or using our eSIM/data services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Registration & Eligibility

  • •You must be at least 17 years old to use our Services.
  • •Accurate and current information must be provided when registering or ordering Services.
  • •You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account.

3. Service Description

Voyager provides prepaid eSIM data plans for global use on compatible devices. Service availability depends on region and device compatibility. You are responsible for ensuring device compatibility with eSIMs.

4. Purchase, Activation & Billing

  • •Purchases are considered complete when payment is confirmed via Voyager or an authorized agent.
  • •Service starts once the eSIM is delivered or downloaded.
  • •Payment may be processed through an authorized agent of Voyager.

5. B2B & Partner Services

We offer B2B services for tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate partners. Customized agreements may cover discounts, invoicing, and service expectations. B2B clients must ensure compliance and proper communication with their end users.

6. Duration & Termination

This Agreement remains effective until service expiration or cancellation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for misuse or violations.

7. Refund Policy

  • •Refunds are granted only if eSIMs fail due to technical issues on Voyager's end.
  • •Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with proof of technical failure.
  • •No refunds are issued for activation errors caused by customer setup or for eSIMs already used.

8. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

Users must comply with local laws and avoid misuse of the Services, including but not limited to spamming, illegal activity, or system abuse.

9. Warranty & Liability

Services are provided "as is". Voyager is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is capped at the price paid for the Service.

10. Service Interruptions & Credits

If a verified technical failure occurs, you may request a partial credit based on unused data.

11. Intellectual Property

All Voyager content and software are owned/licensed by the Company. Users may not copy, use, or distribute without permission.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Voyager for any damages or legal issues arising from your misuse or breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using our Services, you agree to our privacy practices.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services indicates your acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PT Kelchen Global Ventures CV is registered. Disputes will be resolved in its competent courts.
